It’s Our Credibility!
In the past, one of our LSR communities has been recognized with the Boutique Apartment Seal for two consecutive years. In 2008 and 2009 the Bella Capri community in Houston received this award. Presented by Apartment Wiz, recipients of this award were selected by residents and Houston apartment locators based on five factors including: overall value, location, quality of property management, building maintenance, and overall resident satisfaction. To qualify as a boutique property, the apartment community must have fewer than 150 units.
