" I have lived at Augusta Court since January of 2008 and love it as much now as I did when I first moved in, if not more! The location was perfect, the space was perfect, the amenities were perfect, but the main reason I chose Augusta Court was because of the security. Being newly single I needed a place where I could feel safe living by myself. The idea of double security sealed the deal: you need a code to get through the gate to underground parking and then a key to get into the lobby to take the elevators to your floor.
Once I move in I realized I had hit a goldmine with the staff. Kim, the property manager, is incredible. She will bend over backwards to accommodate you in anything that you need and she runs a tight ship. The property is always pristine and she is always looking for ways to improve things. Roger, head of maintenance, is also incredible. We call him "Super Roger" because of his fast response to maintenance issues. I barely hang up the phone and he is knocking on the door to fix the problem.... even at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon!
My unit was upgraded before I moved in so it was like moving in to a brand-new unit but I have also been in units that have not been upgraded and they are great too. The amenities are awesome too: trash shoots on every floor right by the elevators, free maid service (the ladies are wonderful also), washer and dryer in the units, and number one on my list is the staff. I couldn't imagine finding a nicer, more competent group of people taking care of things!
