InvestRent allows residents in any of LSR Communities’ 1300+ apartment homes in Houston to apply 25 percent of their rent to a new construction condo. To participate in the program, renters agree to register with LSR Houston, Inc., and fulfil the terms of their lease on a condominium, townhome, or apartment. Equity accumulated in the program is good for up to one year after moving out of an LSR Houston community.

- Tenants must be in good standing in order to receive the benefits of the program.
- InvestRent is not a retroactive program, and only applies to new leases or renewals.
- Group LSR reserves the right to stop accepting new program participants at any time without notice.
- Moving out before the term of the lease, will cause a participating lease holder to forfeit all accumulated equity.
